Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Health data we may collect

We don’t ask for health information. But what you type in chat may reveal it, for example about your mental health, sexual or reproductive health, gender-affirming care, or thoughts of self-harm. Our crisis feature also detects messages about suicide or self-harm, answers them with crisis resources, and keeps that reply in your chat.

How we use it

Only to provide the chat you asked for, to send crisis resources, to enforce our rules, and to comply with the law. We never use it for advertising and never sell it.

Where it comes from and who receives it

It comes from what you type. We share it only with the providers that process data for us: the AI providers that write replies and check content, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site. We have no affiliates that receive it. We don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Consent

We collect consumer health data only to provide the service you asked for, or with your consent. You can withdraw consent by deleting your conversations or asking us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask whether we collect or share your consumer health data, get a copy of it and a list of who received it, have it deleted, and withdraw consent. Email ronald@aibaker.io. We answer within 45 days.

If we refuse, you can appeal by replying, and we answer within 45 days. If you disagree with the result, you can complain to the Washington or Nevada Attorney General.
