Who we are

BitchBuilder (bitchbuilder.com) is run by RJ Galactic Consulting LLC. These terms are a contract between you and us. If you don’t agree to them, don’t use the site.

Adults only

You must be at least 18, and old enough to view adult content where you live. Don’t let anyone under 18 use your account.

AI companions may not be suitable for some minors. If we learn, or have reason to believe, that a user is under 18, we close the account and delete its content.

Where the site is available

We serve the United States only, and not every state. Some states require age-verification methods we don’t offer yet, so we don’t serve them. Don’t use the site from a place we don’t serve, and don’t hide your location to get around a block.

AI characters, not people

Every girlfriend is a fictional AI character, not a real person. No human writes her messages. All characters are adults, 25 or older.

She isn’t a therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and nothing she says is professional advice. AI replies can be wrong, inconsistent or surprising.

What you may not do

• Ask for sexual content involving anyone under 18, or anyone presented as a child, whatever age is claimed.
• Ask for content showing a real, identifiable person, including celebrities, people you know, or anyone’s name, photo or likeness.
• Ask for non-consensual acts, sexual violence, incest or bestiality, or sex with anyone asleep, unconscious, drugged or otherwise unable to consent.
• Upload or try to upload photos of real people. The site doesn’t accept uploads; don’t work around that.
• Use the site to harass or threaten anyone, or to make intimate images of anyone without their consent.
• Try to bypass or trick our safety filters, or pull out hidden instructions.
• Share your account, resell access, scrape the site, or automate it.
• Break the law.

How we enforce these rules

We filter requests and check every photo before it reaches you. We may refuse any request, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Serious or repeated violations close the account.

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.

Your content

Characters, chats and photos you create are for your personal, private use, and you are responsible for what you ask for. You let us store and process them to run the service, show them to you, and review them for safety and legal compliance. We don’t publish them. See the Privacy Policy.

AI-made images may not be protected by copyright, and we don’t promise anyone exclusive rights to them.

Premium, coins and payments

Your first 5 messages are free. After that, chat needs Premium. Photos and new girlfriends cost coins. Prices, billing and refunds are covered in Coins, Billing & Refunds, which is part of these terms.

Your wellbeing

This is entertainment, not a replacement for people in your life or for professional care. If you’re thinking about suicide or self-harm, call or text 988. Our Crisis Protocol explains what the app does.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms. We post changes here with a new date and tell you in the app about important ones before they apply. We won’t start using your existing chats or photos in a new way, such as AI training, without asking first.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties, as far as the law allows. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas, unless the law where you live lets you bring them closer to home.
